Massage to relieve lower back pain, reduce anxiety and improve sleep. Postpartum massage helps to relax tired muscles and supports wellbeing. If you are in your first trimester please speak with your midwife or doctor before booking a pregnancy massage.



Deep Tissue
60 Minutes $140
Reduce tight dense tissue specifically in the areas of most need. Treatments can significantly improve acute and chronic pain and discomfort. Deep tissue treatment always starts with gentle strokes to warm the tissue, before getting into deeper work and is finished with flowing strokes to flush the area afterwards.





MSTR® McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release
Scar Tissue Release $115
A gentle technique that can be applied to scarring caused by surgical procedures (including caesarean section births), trauma wounds, amputation, fibrous tissue, burn scars and skin grafts (excluding scars where surgical mesh has been used, over the site of an active tumor, or infected wounds).
This technique is indicated when the scar is affecting neural pathways, range of motion (locally or non-locally), blood and lymph flow, the emotions or thought patterns, and/or creating stickiness or drag to the tissues.
What to expect
During your first session a full and accurate client history consultation occurs, including a discussion regarding informed consent. Please arrive at your booked appointment time and allow an additional 15 minutes for your first session. Please advise of any changes to your physical or mental health, that may impact future treatment sessions, as and when is necessary.
Terms and conditions
Respecting the boundaries of the professional therapeutic relationship includes punctuality. Please arrive on time for your session.
24 hours notice is appreciated for any rescheduling. Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice incur a charge for the missed appointment. All services offered are non-sexual.
