I'm passionate about health and wellbeing and offer a range of services for clients from a home-based clinic in Trentham, Upper Hutt. I'm an experienced practitioner with a holistic approach and believe in the amazing ability to self-heal with the help of naturopathy, nutrition, movement, herbal extracts, wairua tapu and bodywork.

My interest in health and wellbeing began many years ago as a young mother. Therapeutic massage was my core modality for many years and my passion for helping clients led me to study naturopathic medicine, nutrition, homeobotanical therapy and herbal medicine.
I have a love of people and herbs. In my spare time, you'll find me walking in the ngahere or tending to my small garden. I am loving life as a grandmother, with my whānau who are also based in Wellington.
